Terms of Entry

 

1. Ownership

All submitted photograph(s) entered in the competition between 01/06/21 - 30/06/21, the photographer hereby grants Nelson International Pty Ltd T/A Lifestyle Clotheslines (and related entities) full ownership and copyright of that image in perpetuity for the purposes outlined below.

2. Use

Lifestyle Clotheslines has the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, re-use, reproduce, publish and re-publish, alter, print and copyright photographs submitted and purchased.

Lifestyle Clotheslines may incorporate the “Your story” message – as well as the names of the photographer and those featured in the image – submitted alongside a purchased image in conjunction with that image. The photographer hereby grant Lifestyle Clotheslines permission to disclose these name and use the submitted story.

3. Payment

The selected photographers’ work chosen for use for Lifestyle Clotheslines will receive a fee of $1,000 for 1st Prize, $500 for 2nd Prize and 10 x 60 Packs of Keep Peg Stainless Steel Pegs valued at $49.99 per pack. 

Former image owners may not request additional payment for continued use of the purchased images at a later date. Payments are strictly a once-off.

This payment will be made via electronic funds transfer from Lifestyle Clotheslines to the details provided by the original owner, within seven days of receiving a confirmation response via email.

4. Authorisation

The photographer understands that they do not have any interest in the copyright to the images once purchased, nor shall they receive any further payment.

The photographer hereby warrants that he/she has read and understood the terms of entry and has the legal authority to execute the above.
